Taiwan Winday Electronics Industry Co., LTD., founded in 1986 in Kaohsiung City, Taiwan, and in 1997 set up Winday Electronics (Dongguan) Co., LTD in Dongguan City, Guangdong Province;
Taiwan Dayen Electronics Industry Co., LTD was established in 1989 in Taichung City, Taiwan. Both have more than 30 years of manufacturing experience.
Due to strategic investigation, on January 1, 2012, Winday Electronics (Dongguan) Co., Ltd. and Dongguan Dayen Electronics Co., LTD.
Officially merged, and in all foreign name, all under the name of Winday Electronics (Dongguan) Co., LTD.
